We are participating in a chain hunger strike in solidarity with the nine asylum seekers who are currently on hunger strike in Bergen County Jail. We invite you to join us in a relay of fasting to amplify the message of those imprisoned and neglected by ICE and CBP.

Who Are We?
We are clinicians (nurses, physicians, and others), health care workers, educators, researchers, patients, families, and caregivers who are concerned by the neglect, abuse and squalid conditions suffered by immigrants in ICE detention amidst a deadly pandemic.
Our Goals
- To demand standard of practice medical care for those imprisoned by ICE and CBP.
- To demand transparency and accountability for ICE and CBP.
- To stop family separation.
- To restore a just asylum process.
